After you place your order you will receive an email confirmation from us with the tracking number. please make sure you provide us with the correct mobile number and detailed address to avoid any delays. all orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
a contract is formed between you and www.marleaboutique.com when the goods are despatched to you following your order. until the goods are despatched the order may be cancelled without prior notice to you.
SHIPPING
We ship to every country in the world. Shipping times vary depending on each country. the standard shipping time is 2-3 working days. it may take longer due to the custom clearance and it may vary from country to country. delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and ramadan.
Customs policies vary from country to country. all applicable fees, taxes and duties are your responsibility.

marlea boutique will not deal or provide any services or products to any of ofac (office of foreign assets control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of uae.
We are not responsible for lost packages if the customers have provided a wrong address. it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. if the wrong delivery address is provided, www.marleaboutique.com cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
USER REGISTRATION
You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Sometimes the fit isn’t right. We offer exchange items for size. items must be unworn, unused, unmarked and in the original condition with all the original tags and security strap attached. returns must be shipped back to us within 10 days from receiving your order. therefore these cannot be accepted back for a refund.
the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to us. please ensure that you package your return to prevent any damage occurring to the item and use a “tracked” service. All goods will be inspected on their return and provided you have complied with the above your exchange will be made within 5 days. any further exchanges will be subject to a delivery charge.
Undelivered orders, if you reject delivery by the courier it will be returned back to us will incur into extra shipping costs at your expense. if you don´t want your order, please accept your delivery and return it to us following our returns’ conditions.
if you can’t receive your order on the first attempt of delivery, don’t worry. couriers will attempt delivery 3 times before returning it back to us. couriers will contact you to let you know. if your order is returned back as it’s been undelivered it may incur in extra shipping costs at your expense. please use a shipping address where there is someone to receive your order.
